Its innovative inline design and ability to quantify even the most dynamic flows allow for precise measurement of highly viscous fluids making it ideal for a wide range of applications. Building on the trusted performance of our existing range of ultrasonic products, the d450 delivers the same cutting-edge accuracy and reliability in a lighter and more compact package designed specifically for UAV’s. Leveraging Sentronics’ patented anti-aliasing technique for measurement of highly pulsating fuel systems, the RealFlow® d600 series delivers precision data for accurate flow analysis.
True multi-fuel capability
One of the standout features of the RealFlow® d600 series is their ability to deliver consistent, high-precision measurement across a wide range of fuel types. Whether operating on gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or alternative fuels, RealFlow® sensors maintain their accuracy without the need for recalibration or fuel-specific configuration. Zero pressure drop design
The d600 benefits from a zero pressure drop design which supports fuel system performance and ensures no drop in engine efficiency that could be impacted by varying pressure. With minimal friction and a smooth inline flow path, the d450 eliminates pressure loss as the fluid flows through it making it superior to other flow measurement technologies that rely on turbines.
Remote bootloading capability
Featuring integrated data logging and and remote bootloading for advanced diagnostics and sensor health checking. The d600 is ideal for cloud-based fuel consumption solutions as it enables remote operating system uploads and firmware updates.
