The TrackCal® is specifically designed for trackside calibration of Sentronics motorsport fuel flow meters. With a focus on accuracy, this portable calibration rig enables fast, laboratory quality calibration before a race. The technology allows for both teams and governing bodies to have ultimate fuel flow measurement precision.
Engineered to bring the calibration laboratory to the track, the TrackCal® makes calibration for all race teams at the start of a new season simple. By delivering calibration on location, teams maximise their time with their Sentronics fuel flow meters and ensure unrivalled accuracy at the start of the championship.

Built within a flight case for portability, the TrackCal® has transformed calibration services by bring this process direct to our customers. With a 25% reduction in calibration time for the RigFlow and eliminating the requirement for customers to ship their product internationally for recalibration which adds delays and costs, the TrackCal® represents the future of recalibration services and minimises team downtime.
Highly accurate and repeatable
With state-of-the-art calibration functions and featuring a dedicated in-line Coriolis flow as a reference meter, the TrackCal® is proven to achieve accuracies of +/-0.15% of reading. The device is compatible with a wide range of fuel types.
Fast-track calibration
The TrackCal® delivers seamless calibration services at the track. Our portable calibration rig enables 6 x FlowSonic® GT fuel flow meters to be calibrated simultaneously for rapid calibration turnaround times.
